2017 Registration

 2017 Spring Registration opens on November 14, 2016.

To start the process go to the Home page and click on the Registration button.  Returning players will be able to register on-line and pay on-line as in past years.  New players may register on-line; however, a parent needs to attend the on-site sessions to verify the player's birth date and residency.  On site birthdate and residency verification will be held in the near future (usually late Janurary or Early February) at the McGuane Fieldhouse.  Late fees will be charged for registrations after December 31, 2016 for softball Juniors, Majors, Minors, AAA & AA.  Late fees will be charged for registrations after January 31, 2017  for Softball  T Ball & A.  ADDITIONALLY, AS IN PREVIOUS YEARS, WE  WILL BE ONLY TAKING PAYMENTS BY CREDIT CARD THROUGH THE ON-LINE SYSTEM.  Checks will not be accepted


Field Improvement Fee 

New players to Darien Little League only - $100

 

Increased participation in the baseball and softball programs has put enormous pressure on all of our facilities.  In order to continue to maintain and improve McGuane park and to ensure the highest quality playing conditions at all of the other facilities that we use on an on going basis, the Field Improvement Fee will be assessed each year only on first time registrants in Darien Little League, (returning players are not required to pay this fee).

 

Regular Voting Members (Optional $10 fee)

 

Darien Little League offers the opportunity for parents to be more involved with the program.  The optional regular membership fee gives a parent the opportunity to actively participate in and influence the decisions that affect the League as a whole with a vote at the Annual Meeting. The next Annual Meeting will be held in September. The specific date will be posted on the website.

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

 

Refunds will be issued (less a processing fee of $25) before notification of team rosters. After notification of team rosters, refunds will only be issued (on a pro-rata basis) for season-ending injuries with a doctor's note.
